ORDER NOTICE & DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver Monday to Sunday.
Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM, 1 business day prior to your requested delivery date.

Deliveries are available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Delivery windows:
- Cold food: delivered within 60 minutes of your selected delivery time
- Hot food: delivered within 20 minutes of your selected delivery time
DELIVERY COSTS & MINIMUM SPEND
- Minimum spend: $250 within a 10 km radius
- Free delivery within 10 km radius for all orders above $250
- Free delivery within 50 km radius for all orders above $600
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Deliveries outside standard hours (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM) may incur additional charges
- Changes to orders must be made before 3:00 PM on the day prior to delivery
- Amendments can be made via email at [email protected] or by phone to 0370566766.
- Credit card surcharges may apply
- Orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice must be confirmed via phone
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering
- All prices include GST
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Menu items containing seasonal produce may be substituted due to availability (customers will be notified)
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are committed to delivering your order on time.
In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We understand that plans can change. For catering orders, the following cancellation policy applies to change-of-mind cancellations or cancellations due to customer circumstances.
Cancellations made before 2:30 PM, one business day before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 2:30 PM, one business day before the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as preparation, staffing, ordering of ingredients and other costs may already have been incurred.
All cancellation requests must be made by email at [email protected] or by phone.
INCORRECT, MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMs
If your order contains an incorrect item, missing item, damaged item, or there is another issue with the goods or services provided, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter and offer an appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement item, correction of the order, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another suitable remedy.
Please contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone and include your order details, delivery date, and a description of the issue. Photos may be requested where relevant, such as for damaged items.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with the goods or services we provide, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, replacement, cancellation, compensation, or another remedy required by law.
